We have arrived in the paradise of Lanikai on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Our new home is cool but a little twist in the adventure has placed us in what seems to be a reality TV show. ->> What happens, if you put us Germans into the same house with a French family of eight?? << The owner of the house rented this place to them and us at the same time… Fortunately, we are stuck in paradise and are now like a big Euro family. As it turns out, more excitement is on its way where we need to work well as a team.

Hawaii has only seen 3 tropical storms / hurricanes in its history and it looks like we are preparing for the fourth. We have prepared ourselves with water and food and flashlights. This morning it looks like wind speeds are diminshing, so we will likely just get a storm and some heavy rain.
